That was a prototype fork Marzocchi Canada hooked us up with for the photo-shoot.

The bike actually comes w/ the Marzocchi 888 RC3.

The drop-in area is called "Dead Dog". It's the actual start of the Psychosis. The rider is Aimee Dunn from North Vancouver and the bike is her 2007 Brodie Damien. Embarrassingly, I can't remember the photographer's name but he lives in Golden and is in the Golden Cycling Club.

Looks cool!

Weight?

Air-Preload accessibility?

Does the upper roller of the chain-guide rise w/ or interfere w/ the swing-arm?

Who IS this guy?! He was throwin' the sickest turn-downs! I think maybe he wakes up in the morning in the turn-down position.....

Not only did he land it, he won the intermediate category 2 days in a row and did it with a smile on his face and nothing but nice things to say about all the other riders. You could learn a lot from that.

Nice looking bike! Does it come w/ the kickstand?

Oh, the lack of any visible kind of reinforcement at the head-tube is interesting too.

Funny story behind them. They were left in our van at the demo-day in Bromont,Quebec, while at the Canadian Bicycle trade show.

I think they're purely proto's and I'm STILL waiting to hear from the dealer who "forgot" them.

It was pretty funny and cool because there was still a trickle of water running down it. So at first you heard his tires rolling, then you hear them sliding, then he got back under control as he came out.

The trails up there are steep and the laid-back chilled-out attitude of the town definitely does not reflect the type of trails they ride!

That's a beautiful photo!

Next time, try a very low powered flash and it should fill in the rider nicely too!

Yup! You go into the tube on the "up-side" of the road, the tube goes under the road and you come out this side, where he's coming out now!

Thanks very much John! If you're ever in Kimberley the guys there will make sure you have a great time and get your butt handed to you a little as well. Super fun trails!

So true. The funny thing is, it was a friend who took this photo. I'm trying to get a photo-cred done for her as I think it was Barb Haley who took it.

That gap and that area are awesome. There's a sniper-road gap and some other drops up behind this one.
